What types of IRAS letters does this support?
The platform is designed for IRAS query letters, audit notifications, and compliance review letters. This includes corporate income tax queries, GST reviews, transfer pricing queries, and general compliance follow-ups.
How is my data handled?
Your documents are stored in Singapore-region servers (AWS ap-southeast-1). Each case is isolated to your account using row-level security. We do not use your documents to train AI models.
Is this a substitute for professional tax advice?
No. All outputs are starting points for professional review. You should always have a qualified Singapore tax professional review the analysis and draft response before submitting anything to IRAS.
What happens to unused credits?
Single letter analyses and 3-letter pack credits are valid for 12 months from purchase date and remain linked to your account.
Can I upgrade from single letter to a firm plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Unused credits from single purchases can continue to be used under any plan.
What is the AI case chatbot?
After your analysis is generated, you can ask follow-up questions specifically about your case — "What does transfer pricing mean in this context?" or "What's the worst case scenario?". The chatbot is scoped to your case only.
